Direction is the least important thing teenagers need. What they need most is patience and a new belief.

Be patient. You have time.
You’re not going to ruin your life by not figuring it all out in your late teenage years / early 20s.
You’re going to ruin it if you believe this bullshit idea that the only time to build your future (decide on a career, fall in love, start a family) is in your late teenage years / early 20s.
Change is possible at any time if you believe that it is so. It is impossible to all those who have bought into this dumb notion that you should have it all (your life, career, etc.) sorted out in your youth.
You don’t need to be a slave to your college diploma or those 5 or 10 years of experience in “your” field. Your college degree or history of your employment (experience) shouldn’t limit your life/ career choices.
