Don’t be entitled to understand everything other people do.
Don’t expect to find answers to all your questions.
Don’t assume that everything you know about the world must necessarily be right / the truth.
Don’t expect the world to adjust to your wishes.
Don’t be entitled to a certain outcome.
Don’t try to fit into a certain image of a human being / an adult / a young adult / a child / a parent / a spouse / a partner, or anything.
Don’t let other people’s anxieties and insecurities rub off on you.
Don’t let other people discourage you / tell you or decide for you what is and what isn’t possible.
